Amen to that! I used to be on Facebook and Instagram for nicotine vapes and was admin for many popular groups. Hell i was even a sales rep for one of those big companies…i haven’t done any of that since basically covid cause its all drama, all internet tough guys and people that cant put 2 and 2 together…lol sucks cause there’s alot of cool people like there is on here too. I was actually hesitant at first to join this community cause at first it made me think of past social meadia. Now I’m extremely happy i joined cause the people and info on here are all great!

You have no restrictions or whats the limit? Here you have to be medical and can only grow 5 plants. At least its something though

We get 6 personal. From there we go commercial licenses, which get really wonky:

Outdoor licenses are for cultivators who grow cannabis outside without using any artificial lighting on mature plants.

Indoor licenses are for cultivators who grow cannabis in a permanent structure using at least 25 watts of artificial light per square foot.

Mixed-light licenses are for cultivators who grow cannabis in a:

  • Greenhouse

  • Hoop-house

  • Glasshouse

  • Conservatory

  • Hothouse

  • Other similar structure

Mixed-light licenses have two tiers based on the amount of artificial light used:

  • Tier 1 — Up to 6 watts per square foot of artificial light

  • Tier 2 — 6 to 25 watts per square foot of artificial light

Specialty cottage

  • Specialty cottage outdoor — up to 25 mature plants or up to 2,500 square feet of canopy

  • Specialty cottage indoor — up to 500 square feet of canopy

  • Specialty cottage mixed — light tier 1 and 2 – up to 2,500 square feet of canopy

Specialty

  • Specialty outdoor — up to 50 mature plants or up to 5,000 square feet of canopy

  • Specialty indoor — 501 to 5,000 square feet of canopy

  • Specialty mixed — light tier 1 and 2 – 2,501 to 5,000 square feet of canopy

Small

  • Small outdoor — 5,001 to 10,000 square feet of canopy

  • Small indoor — 5,001 to 10,000 square feet of canopy

  • Small mixed — light tier 1 and 2 – 5,001 to 10,000 square feet of canopy

Medium

  • Medium outdoor — 10,001 square feet to 1 acre of canopy

  • Medium indoor — 10,001 to 22,000 square feet of canopy

  • Large outdoor — more than 1 acre of total canopy

Then there is the grey area - if your Dr says you need 15 plants for personal use, you can do it, but don’t lose the Dr note, lol!

Here in Washington co ops are three max. 60 plants. Has to be grown in 1 place. You have to register with the health department. They will give you clones from theirs so they can track your plants. That way if you sell they will know it was a medical patient.

Yes, it’s kinda like don’t get in trouble. Keep your numbers at you limit. Don’t sell it! All that we have come flower most will be pressed into rosin

I have found that special interest forums tend to be nicer places than general social media. More bonding over common passions and less posturing.
