Seed Starting, early veg

Great idea!

Always start slow around base of plant to drive tap root down….as it grows spread moisture outward to encourage (roots)off shoots can’t remember technical name for them…..kinda like crop steering with roots.

I start around 300 PPFD for 18 hours who gives me a DLI of 19.44.

As soon as the first set of true leaves start growing I increase it up to 500 PPFD for 18 hours who gives me a DLI of 32.4.

This is quit higher then what is usually recommended on the internet (between 100 and 300 PPFD).

I don’t use CO2, but I keep the RH between 80% and 90% until first set of true leaves and temps around 26 -27 degrees Celsius.

Once the first set of leaves starts growing I lower the humidity to around 70%, but keep the temps around 26 -27.

This is excellent info!

I just downloaded this app. Thanks for the info!! Seems pretty cool I wonder how accurate it is
