I’d like to learn about tissue culture in general. This particular topic is new to me and I haven’t heard it being thrown around in the community.
What is yhe differences pros and cons to Clones
I’ve always been fascinated by the culture growing and I would love to try it. This is very cool of you guys! Goodluck to everyone!
This place is so awesome!! Never once didn’t have a Seedsman seed not grow!
Thank you
Todd Cameron
i wanna try the performance of tissue culture!! im curious how the benefits are? i would be honored to see the results firsthand! im one of RAW’s newest growers! Dm the most HIGH josh kesselman about me! i order from seedsman but my property got herbicided last season! i found a RAW golden ticket confirmed by “animal house” it would be so cool to run zen TC for the next HighTimes Cup!! i won the last Hightimes cup in new york! Im trying to expand the knowledge and share with the public! Thank you have a great dayyy
As someone researching the pros and cons of transitioning from traditional clones, the one thing I’ve always wanted to know about cannabis tissue culture is the best step-by-step acclimation process for Gen Zero plants to minimize shock and maximize vigor in a home grow tent setup with minimal clone losses.
Impressive
, sounds good to me, I’d like see what a pro like yourself can do with it, you appear to have the expertise to really dig into it hands on, and provide accurate details of your findings.![]()
Hi, can you show us your process from start to results? Have you done a comparison experiment to see the difference in the results?
I know little about tissue culture, from reading the other reply’s this is something I want to know more of.
My question for tissue culture is:
With sending in a sample, through testing are you able to identify the lineage in which the plant came from, or is just identifying the sex of the plant?
What i would like to know about tissue culture is , what advancements have been made for affordability and can still protect these tissues from contamination without fancy equipment?
I’m curious whether tissue culture could be taken a few steps farther to perform protoplasm fusion?
I’d really love the opportunity to work with these. My question is are the feminized and are the more suited to growing indoors vs outdoors?
I’m in, thanks for the opportunity! I’m interested in learning more about TC
What’s the biggest advantage of tissue culture compared to traditional cloning?
I wanted to know in depth about the cannabis tissue culture and how to get the strongest tissue within the plant cell structure to basically have a solid hard to kill plant in harsh conditions? Thank you seedsman! Is their more to the plant than the CO2 intake, water, nutrients, soil, light, climate strong breeding and other things to take into consideration?
Well. I have only read about tissue culture and know the process and also the equipment. I believe having clones from this type of cultivation would potentially help reduce the introduction of viruses and other big issues to a garden or tent or whatever ! The initial investment of equipment has kept me away from it , but now that they are available and stable I think it would potentially be a game changer for someone that has the ability to grow well and keep healthy moms and clones for later use !
I have a 3 part question i hope thats ok. 1) what is the base line protocol for cannabis tissue media. 2) How many protocols are there for cannabis. 3) how long can I keep an explant in TC? Thank you
How can I make growth medium at home?
i honestly dont know the differnce between regular clones or the tissue ones.. im just wondering about the pros to tissue culture clones compared to regular cuttings
