On the iPhone you need to click onto where it says order summery with the total and then a side Bar will open where you can type the reward points in.

The side bar will show this.

I hope this helps for iPhone users.

Can I use points on a BOGO sale? I’m looking to purchase 5 Blue Dream Seeds and get 5 free, but I also want to use my points to lower the price even more.

If so I presume it was the Auto May one?

Hi everyone,

Just a quick update regarding the reward points linked to the Founding Members activities and challenges.

Our tech team has identified the issue, and a fix is expected to be deployed today. We are currently monitoring the situation closely, and everything should be fully resolved by Monday.

At the moment, manually removing and re-adding points may cause incorrect point totals to display on accounts, so we’ve decided it’s best to wait for the proper fix to be implemented rather than risk creating further issues. Whilst the points are showing on your account, they are unable to be applied as the system has a glitch where it thinks there is no points but visually it is showing points.

We appreciate everyone’s patience while the team works through this, and we’ll continue to keep you updated as progress is made.

We’re happy to let you know that the reward points issue linked to the Founding Members activities and challenges has now been resolved.

You should now be able to successfully apply and use your points as normal. The issue causing points to display visually on accounts without being redeemable has been fixed by the tech team.

We would also like to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this caused over the past few days. We appreciate everyone’s patience while the team investigated and worked on implementing the fix correctly.
