Speaking of starting/growing, i have been experimenting with poppies. They are such a beautiful plant. Plus its been used as medicine for thousands of years. But they are a really finicky touchy plant. Hard to get the hang of.

Nah man my methodology is if its in its natural state or form. Then its a gift from mother earth. Just like the coca plant. Its been used just as long all throughout soutb america, its only when us humans start synthesizing or extracting only certain parts that it becomes ugly. Just my opinion :person_shrugging:
P.S im in no way advocating anything bad lol just speaking of my love for plants n trees of all types.

I have been pondering :thinking: that very thing as well. Ever since seedsman started giving away seeds all over the country, I have quite the selection :face_with_raised_eyebrow::face_with_monocle:, I definitely want to keep them safe.:thinking::thinking::person_shrugging::person_gesturing_no:, as I pondered, I :speech_balloon: thought, what would Winnie the Pooh :roll_eyes: doo?
Seems to me, that vacuum sealing them would be more important than temperature :face_with_thermometer:.:thinking: Seeds seem to survive freezing, and in the desert heat :thinking: but as long as no air can get to them, then they shouldn’t dry out. No matter what temperature they are at.
Thoughts :thinking:

I agree with ya. The only thing that might not be good is them getting cold then hot repeatedly. Like YEARS of freezin an unthawing. Ur thoughts?

I would tend to agree :100::scientist::technologist:. I would presume that a stable temperature would result in the best outcome :+1:

Yes should be stable as possible on temp swings but colder is definitely way better than hotter/warmer

I do this as well…I have a google doc with all the cultivars and quantities…it’s actually really helpful!
