Hey. I’m super into plant medicine and cannabis is a big part of my journey. I’d say I’m an experienced grower but nowhere near a master. I’m hoping to simply learn more from like-minded folks.

Hello, Jeremie here. Kind of new to growing marijuana. 4th grow in progress. 5th maybe. I am currently growing 3 in a DWC setup. I grow as a hobby in a 10/10’ tent. I have one in soil in a seperate tent vegging for our relatively short summer. Hoping to find sources of knowledge from experienced growers as my state in new to legalized recreational marijuana. Hoping i can also contribute any of my own knowledge as well. Day 14 of light change, added 6 days of 7 min far red at the end of 12 hr light cycle in the beginning of transition

Hi Jeremie good to have you bud! That’s an awesome setup and some beautiful, happy plants, what are they if you dont mind me asking? Also, I hadn’t heard about far-red light until you mentioned it, and it sounds interesting. Thank you, two of them are 00seeds Gorilla, and the skinnier of the 3 is an seedsman OG kush.
One benefit of using far red, shaved about a week off of the time plants go into flower. There is some increase in stretching, which helps provide light down to the lower bud sights. Also i have been able to shave 7 or more days off of the overall flower time. Also in my opinion, the buds are denser and the yields are bigger. Studies show bigger yields as well. Im only playing around and learning new things but shaving off time for commercial grows is a big deal.

Hello all, I’m Doc and I have been a cultivator since about 2003. I have always been interested in the breeding aspect of cannabis and the affects of controlled propagation (conventional pollination, sts/cs reversal, various methods of cloning). I have enjoyed watching this industry grow and morph into what it is today.
My other main interest is artificial light sources and gathering information regarding LED and HID efficiency/yield.
Glad to be part of the community, I’ve only been a lurker in the overgrow, ic mag, and thcfarmer forums!

Hello everyone, from what I can figure out, I’ve been growing for at least 11 years and I’m really interested in the cannabis breeding side of things. Haven’t done any yet though. At least not on purpose..lol. My first attempts were outdoor, but because of the insect pressure in my area quickly moved to indoor and have had multiple harvests every year since.
Always looking to learn and improve…

Yush! Everything interests me about cannabis and has done for the last 40 years. I adore the aroma, flavour, effect, culture, and growing it gives me more pleasure than ANY other hobby 
I would say my experience level is Intermediate, though I have been growing on and off for over 30 years, there was a huge hiatus after I was nicked in the 90s. I’ve a fair few grows from more recent years, but there’s a huge amount that I don’t know.
I am always looking to learn more, help others and indulge myself in the joy of cultivating this plant…
