The system sends the Tracking number, however only you can see the tracking number which is not visible to anyone else in the Thread.
Important notice: Our logistics team processes orders Monday to Friday, working through them in the order they are received. Once your order has been packed, you’ll receive an automated email with all tracking details, please check your junk or spam folder just in case it lands there.
They usually aim to have all orders shipped within 2 working Days.
