Use this thread to share different ideas you’ve used in growing. For instance, I learned this awhile back and have used it successfully a few times. During the seedling stage, put the cut cup inside another whole Solo cup and bury em both in your final pot. When it’s ready to “transplant”, take out both cups and replace the cut cup into the existing hole in your pot — the roots continue growing out without disturbing the plant.

Someone asked how to keep light from going in or out windows all you got to do is buy any foil and use a credit card to scrap it flat to any surface it’ll stay forever unless you scratch it off I do that for windows and tables I keep plants on it works great.

Mother’s name is weed demolisher because she actually takes the whole plant weird story on how i got these babies but bassically the mothers got no working back legs now and left behind these babies my dog got ahold of her shortly after she gave birth last night and I couldn’t find all the babies so I brout the mom to safety to se if she’s alive and she ended up walking away with 5 babies and left these ones
At least she took 5! Good Lord, could you imagine taking care of all of them.
There was a lot more then 7 but some the dogs got ahold of and the rest I couldn’t find to bring to mommas but she didn’t seem to care about them they ran to her she didn’t come for them I gave her 5 that I found after 4 hours of searching under my house at 5 am and my pipes leaking so I was crawling through some gunk but it was worth it I got modt of the babies to the momma and found some more this morning
There momma is the biggest theif ever she steals everything from me I’ve got a lot of animals and every night she steals the food from ever dish and eating all my plants unless I give her cat food a small bowl every night on my back porch it works everything to keep her out my plants I would get rid of her but she’s the only possum we’ve had that doesn’t hiss or try to bite its very nice just a theif
We’re animal lovers too. I got 3 roosters and a bunch of hens. I can pick up my roos and hug them. They love it.

I never check ph or do ph control my hose water comes out with a ok ph but I deal with a lot of diffrent issues because of it every now and then I my worm beds ph rises wayy to high and I won’t relise it until its harming my plants but im sure if I got a meter that might fix that problem
You can order a ph pen pretty cheap. 15 20 bucks on amazon.
Yeah it would, if it’s getting high, you’re probably locking out some nutes. I start freaking out when my meters are acting wonky. It really does help to be able to troubleshoot when you start seeing a problem with the plants
pH and ppm will help I stay away from multi meter one part breaks you buy all new that gets dpendy
