Here’s a few ways we take clones from our selection.

Always take from the bottom, this helps to get less genetic variation.

Make sure it looks healthy ( not stressed/ or infested with bugs)

Razor blade/rubbing alcohol for cleaning your blade. You don’t have to but, highly recommend.

Found this stuff, works great for rooting if you’re not trying to mess around!

Amazon has the cloner for cheap. You can get by with a tray air dome but if you want 100% succession, I definitely recommend getting one.

This is what really gets the roots grow!

You should have roots 3-10 days. Depends on the strain. Some strains will root much faster than others.

Great tips, 3 days is fast! I think my fastest were around 6-7 days, decent temps ~80f helps a lot with fast rooting.

We have this strain Dolce Fresca if you look at her twice and blink, she has roots! Now have Skunk #1 she’s a finiky girl, take forever to root and doesn’t transplant well.

Each strain is unique! I love plants. Not just cannabis.

I haven’t completed week 5 challenge. You’re about the only one who troubleshoots and can answer good questions. Solve something, so I can finish my challenge. Lol, you’re super smart!

Helpful answer
