It’s the intense blue that will mostly be causing the canoeing.
This is the PAR map of the light at roughly 2’, you can see it’s way too high in the middle so I’d hang it at 3-4’ to spread that light out.
What are the levels on the veg and bloom settings? I would probably set it more like 60-100-40 for veg then 100-100-20 for flower.
In practice I usually start with the light really high and the power @half

I fully believe they started getting taller, changedspectrum and the light was too very close. You know the cave man thinking, “More water, good!”, “Brighter light, better!” NOT! There is one that is growing back but light just about did it in. Have no idea how I missed that as am usually great at reading/listening to plants.
