It’s says sativa. So fluffy airy nugs, but probably really stoney and well cured!

Would love to haha! It’s in a really cool museum, theres a bunch of other smoking bits in there. I’ll take some more pictures next time I go back.

Anyone want to start a Weed history thread?

@SweetsensiWA its so funny isn’t it, humans are an interesting species, can you imagine smelling a plant in the wild for the first time.

Just woke up to baby possums in my cannabis plots :dotted_line_face:

Any pictures!

I would venture to guess thats #1 problem for new growers…over watering.

Helpful answer

I watched a documentary on this specific burial om youtube. Ill try to look up what it was called.

I have a bunch of seeds that have been carefully stored of late 70’s So Cal genetics. Is there worth to these?

If theyve been stored in freezer at least some of em will germinate im sure. Shoot youd be surprised just how tough a plant canabis is. Oldest seeds ive grown were from late 80s

Only one way to find out! What’s the worst that can happen? The pop or they don’t. Try the Canna kan if nothing else seems to work.

I think most will germinate but was more interested in whether a breeder would find or want interesting early cannabis strains that came from late 70’s socal when seedless sinsemilla was just starting and Thai and Acapulco and Mexican strains were predominant

There is one sure way to find out. Just sayin’

If they’re that old you have some very rare genetics. But clocks tickin

I had one grow like that, where the males dominated by about 60%+ of the seeds started. I don’t have any solid “proof” of why, but I do question if possibly the weaker seeds, (old or under-mature) go male because they don’t have the “juice” to produce healthy female flowers.

I also notice males being a little higher when I’m growing more than one strain. That makes me think “ready to mingle” is the biological code so they are eager to “polinate” the “new kids on the block” as to pollinating their “sisters” since they came from the same flowering plant.

Those are my fun guesses with nothing more than observation to support my claims!!

i noticed that too - spent a decade without feminized seeds and had to cull lots of males tho i hated doing it every time… but yeah males were very often ahead of the females, taller and vigorous as heck ready to do their thing lol
