About how much yield did you get out of just one of those monsters? If you dont mind me asking

Average was about 12 onz per plant. Dried trimmed and cured. Had a few plants over a pound.

Nice! I really wish Illinois law was more clear on outdoor cultivation. Says it has to be indoors under lock and key but no mention of like hoop houses, green house or enclosed areas. I wanna grow a plant or 2 outside for the outdoor benefits but my neighbor is an asshole so I might think twice lol

Agreed. The grey areas an vagueness of Illinois’s cannabis laws are infuriating. When I lived in Chicago it felt like jumping through hoops and hurdles to keep yourself clear and legal lol.

Man alive, I feel like such failure already. Yet again we have a challenge about growing and what our deal is. Makes me sad I don’t have any xp with this yet. I’ve got no reflections, no story, I have nothing. But what I do have is the drive to do this altho my way of doing this like I have a mental block or something because I won’t start a job unless I have all the materials and all the tools. I can’t have 3/4 of supplies or tools but won’t start till I have it all. But I have beco,e a lil bet better at getting over that.
I have to keep after what the challenges are otherwise I will just say eff it ive got nothing good to contribute here bit saying some lame still.
Don’t over think it. The plant wants to grow. You are only there to help it along. You don’t need much to get started and get good results. Experience comes through your own trial and error. Go for it!!!

Thx for the Positive Reinforcement, dewman. Im afraid of success, lmao. Dunno if thats really my deal. I think its li,e, like I think meditation is quite simple, others say its hard as h3ll. I recognize have that mentality towards the devil’s cabbage. I’ve quite a few photo seeds and like 5 autos. I so wanna grow the autos with a bad passion. However, im afraid to eff it up with so few seeds and such a price. Lmao, im just sick I. The head. Anyway, I again thank you for your kind words of encouragement. Ty.

Hello all, I just ordered my grow light spider farmer se5000 light for my 4X4 tent. As soon as I get it I’ll start my grow. Prior to that I did grow 2 plants outdoor. I had seeds given to me 6 yeas ago and they still produced a sativa plant. I could not belive that the seeds were still good. So with the ban coming, I stocked up on my seed bank with seedsman seeds. I took advantage of the Christmas sale and the BzoGO offer.

I don’t grow every year and I’m a complete beginner compared to some of our members on here, I have more to learn than contribute.
Like others have said - just go for it in terms of starting out.

no real pointers, just a beginner myself. This year I know to look for these things much earlier. My goal is harvest earlier, pay better attention to caterpillars, and mildew if it’s a rainy summer. The plan is to have the first harvest drying a little after the second planting goes in. This way the drying, trimming, etc doesn’t overlap , much. I can’t wait for there to be discussions on trimming as the season moves on. Where are you now freebird919?

That is a lot of light for that size tent. Be prepared to dim to 50-80%, as needed…

Environmental conditions in an old basement with no dehumidification made some issues with mold and mildew. Was working with what I had at the time. And information was very low at the time
