I love your set up

I started growing about 10 years ago. I started with a small 2x2x4 tent, with probably the cheapest led light i could find. I probably got about an OZ from it. I started geowing because i was a single father and funds were tight and i just couldn’t see spending money on it, when i had other priorities. Even with the low budget, that didn’t stop me. I upgraded over the years, spent lots of money on equipment. I have my lights come on at midnight, to keep the heat down. I work til midnight so it works for me.

I go home from work and then check on the ladies. I usually spend about an hour, checking things out, manicuring where needed, etc. I like to watch them grow from a tiny plants into monsters. This is my quiet time, my me time.

I feel like a know a little bit about a little bit. I managed to go from a few ounces to enough to last me all year with 1 grow. I grow from September to april, usually 6 at a time, photos usually, but i dont mind the occasional auto.

I grow to save money. Even with the cost of electricity, im still saving money with how much i harvest.

Saving money and enjoying this hobbie is what does it for me. Happy growing everyone.

Yes, it can be but sometimes when you have 20 different people telling you 20 different things you don’t know who is right. That’s were Google comes in! Lol

Thank you, very much. I see your #3 now. Congratulations !Are you noticing a difference with people in the community? Are they being more chat full? That’s why we’re here trying to give everyone as much knowledge as possible to be successful in your journey growing, no matter where you bought your seeds from. This plant is medicine for some like me. Word of advice be careful not to have anyone disagree with you or get into disagreements. They may try to flag you or get you flagged. Honestly I’m not trying to move up the rankings. I just enjoy my new hobby so much and love talking weed with people that enjoy it as much as I do. I was hesitant to be as involved as I am cause of past experiences of being admin in several big vape groups. I avoid disagreement and such just cause it never goes anywhere. I’m literally here to enjoy great conversations with people like you and learn how to grow better weed and understand the science of it better

Me too, love weed! What kind of vape do prefer?

I’m old school and still use rebuildable stuff. Squonk mods and rda for me lol but yeah talking weed had been very medicinal to me as well as growing it. Im one of those that now that I’m a little older my wife and I are the only ones in our bubble that smokes. So being able to to hear stories and such it helps my anxiety. Being a med patient in Illinois is the only way to grow. Had I known that growing and a community such as this would be so beneficial to my mental health struggles I would’ve started a long time ago.

Glad you came here. You can talk to so many different people and many different experiences to share
