… I hope to see this fully legal before our president leaves office. .. BTW, incase you didn’t hear, last week I think, it was finally declared that Moonshine is 100% legal on a federal level and only subject to state laws. In 2024 a group suid the Feds over the “Taxation” of it and they won. Just recently the appeals court upheld that ruling stating an “over-taxation” on the Fed. Gov. part for the “hobbiest” wanting to make liquor for themselves. They argued and won on the “over-reach” of the Feds to tax us on everything we do. So run the still until harvest time!!
