Freebird919 – Outdoor Grows

Not much to compare except those of indoors I’ve posted. These are out today acclimating just a while for planting in two days. Friday night for finally getting acceptable overnight temps.
Now also first Scrogging on this my first grow. Today planting outside Blue Dream, White Widow, Durban Poison and Northern Lights auto in raised beds of my wonderful compost mix. Returning indoors for light trim under Scrogging plants and adding mosquito bits watering.

They’re so pretty  and your veggies looking good to. :+1::hugs:

Best crop of beets ever! Been eating radishes, kale (never thought I’d like those but these sweet and tender), two different types of green salads and thinning beets and carrots. Gonna be a banner year with what I call, “Uncle Jim’s Compost.” We’ll do another run of those in fall. Friday, plants go in same raised beds.

Since I had to change my first I’m learning new things I like and things I hate. I do not like turkey hotdogs

When I ate meat in days of old, loved me some Michigan chili dogs with the work, onions and all. Remember traveling, can’t remember where, having Chicago dogs. Michigan beef dog with dill pickle spear, white onion, green sweet pickle relish, tomato slice, pickled sport peppers, celery sauce on a poppy seed bun.
For my health today, it’s Mediterranean w/seafood vegetarian and vegetable wraps. Health improved dramatically. Lost weight and perfect blood test results. Really don’t miss it much and my stomach problems gone for good.

Ya I’m working on learning my diet it’s really hard letting go of stuff you love. I’ve found some to replace it though. Like crackers with hummus, and cucumber on it sprinkled with lemon pepper

I’d be down with that!

Turkey is awesome just as it is!

But not when they try to make other stuff from it.

Turkey dogs are real good…Turkey bacon too

I’ll bet but ready? Gonna put something down that could cause some disgust. My choice is impossible veg/meat. Saves my digestive system, makes vegetarianism more interesting adding variety. May also save the planet and future generations (less detriment in the whole comparatively). Mediterranean diet with seafood added more added in. Wanted to but also had to. Digestive issues. Blood work and weight loss has been impressive. I’d still attend your BBQ looking for beans, slaw and salad!

Do the veggie burgers taste funny?

No not at all, really! You can spice them in any way. But hey, glad I caught you! My first grow and scrogging today. Pics included. Please critique!!

Looks great to me I’ve never scrogged before though the plants look happy and healthy. My concern is room lol scrog should help with that but I’m not seeing much room to spread. Again I’ve not scrog before I just know our plants took up way more room than we thought.hugs darlin your doing great better then me I have to keep rereading just to maintain info. You’ve come a long ways.:hugs::wink:

TY, I appreciate you!

What I love to see is you are learning my friend, and hands on. That’s the best way. Just wait until you flower scrogging. Lots of tops even canopy. Lots of smoke :love_you_gesture::heart::100:

I love pickled beets. At the end of the garden, do you make pickles with the old beans and small cucs, hot peppers, small onions? We would put almost everything hard or crunchy in it.

If u want u can put that net down more n start weaving branches as they grow unless its theres just for support

And I’ll owe most of everything I’ve done to you and mostly you alone! Note to ppl here: hopefully you love her as much as I!

No, I’d truly love to do so but started a bit late and tops are already super thick and tough and would break off. But you’re 100% correct. Be nicely correct to do so!

Yes, I do all of that adding my own garlic grow a lot too. Sorry, I love me some garlic!
