Glad to be here

For years I’ve had to hide in the dark not willing to ask for help out of paranoia. Now is it not only legal where I’m from, But I’ve found a friendly community to share the experience with , to ask for information , opinions , and suggestions from like minded people striving to grow the best weed possible.

I found canibis when I was 13 And realized that what was being said about it wasnt true. I graduated from school earned a degree raised a family became a master and smoked weed the whole time.

When I first started growing , it took 5 yrs for me to develop a strain that i then grew for the next twenty-five years.

But now with all the new strains available to me, Im like a fat man locked in candy shop. The only problem is there’ are so many strains that look and sound delicious and I can only plant tweleve at a time . So this is the third year its been legal. And the third year that I’ve experimented with seeds other than my own. The first yr was six and six the second year 4 of mine and eight new strains to me , this year I planted none of my own not that I didnt want to its just that I’m so curious and excited to try new strains.

So if you have any suggestion Im open for good advice. I consider my self a novice after forty years of growing but I am an experienced out door grower. Have never done an indoor grow and this is my first year experiencing the auto flower seeds and plants.

Im very open and friendly and I hope not to bother you to much with questions , cause I don’t hesitate in asking . As I teach all my students the only silly or dumb is an unanswered one.

But my line up this year

Zkittles, Alaskin do si do, Tangerine .Queen Ann Pink Mist , Baked Bomb, Bubba Cheese Cake, Lemon Prime, LemonChello Haze,Bruce Banger, pineapple OG, ICE Cream Dream cake

So far The Ive like most of the strains I’ve tried. Banana kush berrie, cherry ,baked bomb, purple power OG kush, Aucopolco Gold . Northern Lights , icing, wedding cake . BUT my favorite so far was the freebie I got from seedsman . WIDERNESS kush.

And I hope you and your crop is well after the storms that rolled thru your area. IF Im not mistaken and rember correctly you told me you were from the nieghboring state that was terrorized by a tornado. Hope all worked out

Yeah buddy, we still standing :+1: I believe it was a small tornado that tore across the north field, took out a tree and laid the corn down.
That was the only damage, and it was definitely wind. But the way nothing around it was bothered, had to be a pinpoint wind :leaf_fluttering_in_wind::leaf_fluttering_in_wind:. Been a rough year

Looks awesome!

If I were growing outdoors, I’d keep at least one of my own, 5 novel, and 3 random. Then I’d compliment my photos with a few fast autos, just to have something different in the rotation every 70-80 days during season.

I have plenty of my own seed in the freezer which will keep for several years. Thats the only reason I decide to try all new for a year or two. And thank you .My Queen Ann Pink Mist at night turns her leaves up like tree leaves do before it rains . I wonder if thats a trait ? The plants sound healthy and is growing litte over five feet but only in the evenings in the sun light the leaves lay wide open like solar pannels.
