try this with your dab’s you can get crumble and if you reheat after that process at 250 for 25 minutes it will turn into diamond’s and then you can re introduce the sauce First Press (105°F): Place the bagged rosin between the plates at 105°F. Apply pressure very slowly until the “seam” of the bag looks wet. Maintain this for about 10 minutes until the flow stops.
Second Press (115°F): Increase the temperature slightly and repeat the process to pull out more remaining terpenes.
Third Press (125°F): Perform one final low-temp press. What remains inside the bag is now a dry, chalky white substance which is nearly pure THCa.

Here’s some 24 Carat rosin I just pressed with the flower I’ve been curing since February 2025. Wasn’t the best looking I’ve grown but it’s sticky af and smooth on the throat. 37u at 160°F on the 4 ton. Going in the fridge for now and I’ll check back in a few days. Suuuper mellow:melting_face:. I also still got my last harvest in the freezer that I’m gonna make bubble hash and rosin with soon.

We press flower at 120 micron with nug smasher xp at 180 degrees. Nice and light good flavor. Hindu Kush from Sensi. Pressed 10 g didn’t weigh it out but looked like a very nice return.

Nice! Just to clarify though I ment from the first post for making diamonds, I can only think of getting the rosin cold first but there’d be some condensation.

Sorry just saw your post, you can use a 25-37 micron bag,I usually use the 37 and once you separate the terpines from the press cut the thca out of micron bags.then just reheat it on the press on only parchment without closing the plates

When you reheat the thca crumble to make it into diamonds just set it on the plates without pressing at 275 for about 45 minutes after you do the first process up above

Thanks! But how do you get the rosin inside the filter bag properly without it sticking?

You can freeze it first but move quickly because it will unthaw pretty fast.most the time I just try not to hit the sides until it’s low enough in the bag and just fill it up.

Nug smasher has really nice presses and they have the upgrade program, looks really good for flower press and really good yield for ten grams.good job!

Ok, yea I figured hat was the way but wasn’t sure because of the condensation. Move fast for sure lol. This smaller amount (didn’t weigh) got caught on the sides, and it was just pressed bubble, but I managed to get it, only to blowout. I double bagged and salvaged the rest though. 37u-73u

Used some more bud from 2025 that’ s been curing for almost a year. Double Grape:grapes::grapes: mixed with the 24 Carat seen posted above. Both Mephisto. The stretching pic is after almost 72 hours in the fridge, jar wrapped in cellophane and a ziplock. 90u @ 172°F. Very calming. Clears the head. Probably a lot of CBN.
