Ya what i remember was a sativa leaning variety…now i may be mis remembering or it could have been a different pheno. But it was beautiful pot. Buds didnt stack they twirled around stalk if that makes sense.

Why would it not be treated the same as the ruling on psychedelic mushrooms spores? I can’t see how they can regulate it on the potential any different from the current bill that allows me to retain the stalk, leaves and seeds and only dispose of the flower in 1 of 2 ways when the average of the tested plants within 1 month prior to harvest is above the allowed THC amount. It specifically states that those portions do not contain that THC.
