This will be my first grow ever I’ve been doing a lot of research making my own life soil. I have some weird growth in my soil clear long strings that web off quite interesting. Would anybody know what this is? Is it what I think it is? I hope it is lol

Others will chime in with more experience than I, but at a glance that looks like saprophytic fungus mycelium. You said you’re using a living soil so that would make sense because that fungus loves soil high in organic matter.
Typically harmless. Mix up the top layer, increase airflow, and perhaps let it dry out a bit between watering.

, we get that sometimes on our outside plants, the canopy shade kept the soil moist. I thought it was like a spider web.. but yeah, mix it in, dry it out a little.
