There’s a lot going on with this plant hopefully I fixed it and she should bounce back in a week or so but I’m ready to flip any advice on how long I should wait until I flip?
I’d be inclined to let it have a week to get healthier, then re-evaluate and see what you think. Are you in a hurry to flower?
Without getting into all the specifics, I would make sure it’s “fixed” , so yeah, at least a week, probably 2. If you try to flower it the way it is, when it hits the rapid flower stretch, in about 2 weeks after you flip it, the root system won’t support it. Yield will be low, and sub par. Need to get it healthy first. My 2¢ will cost you nothing

It’s very hungry, the defoliation isn’t helping. What are you feeding? I wouldn’t flip until it has greened up and resumed healthy growth. Maybe 2 weeks, quicker with foliar feeds

Any suggestions for what should I feed her? It’s in living soil and wasn’t expecting this out come because the guy I got the seeds from said it was auto
Ah that’s annoying, yeah looks like the soil is depleted. Probably too late for a top dress now it wouldn’t break down quick enough. I would get something like BioBizz Bio-Grow and Bloom, and a Cal Mag and start feeding organic solubles. You could top dress as well if you wanted.
Should I transplant to a 5 or 7 gal with fresh rich soil I have? I have cal mag and FF tiger bloom bottle nutes and Dr Earth all purpose 4-4-4 dry amendments also
Yeah that would be the best option, bigger the better for living soil really. I’d also top dress with the 4-4-4 once potted to get nutrients into the old soil. Also give couple of feeds of CalMag at 1ml/L, you can Foliar feed with it too for quicker absorption.
The Tiger bloom doesn’t really have enough N for now but will be good as a booster in flower.

What’s ur dry back times like ? In a big pot and not up to Heath she will drink slower keep ur eye on how much ur watering she does look hungry, I agree with what’s being sed.
@SweetBuds got talked into converting some of our old hydro parts into an air pot system, oh boy, here we go again

With a pot up and top dress it should improve quickly, but up to you!
I’m going to take your advice but now my grow is off balanced and hopefully by the time she recovers the 2 cherry zlushees caught up for I could flip all 3 together
If you have other plants that you would like to put in this tent, you can—as @MrNice suggested—feed them some BioBizz Grow and aftera Week or two clone them to make room
