Questions about growing autoflowers in dwc

Hello everybody this is my first time growing in DWC hydroponic systems and I have been growing for about 15 years now and I’ve been successful in soil but due to financial situations out of my control I’m trying to keep things cheap and I decided to go with DWC to save money any advice that you can give would be much appreciated I can tell you that I will be using general hydroponics Flora series and I have all of the stuff already ordered and everything I will be using my spider farmer 4x4 tent with my sf-4000 also and their 4 bucket DWC set up any advice you have would be rightly appreciated like I said first time growing hydroponically

Iv never know Dw to be cheaper then soil gro. So if ur tryn to save $ go back to soil unless u have all of ur noots for the gro. Just my opinion.

Welcome to the community! Keep ur PH in check!

What strain r u growing,keep them all the same can make for less issues.

Hey buddy :hugs::waving_hand:
No worries ol boy :winking_face_with_tongue:, it’s pretty simple really. Sure there’s things that you need to watch for, but that’s the same for any medium.
That bucket :bucket: is the environment.
PH shouldn’t fluctuate much at all. It has no reason to, but check it often. Daily. You’ll need to top off the buckets routinely, daily.
The entire bucket should be changed out for fresh at a minimum of once every 2 weeks. Weekly is better.
Keep the air stone free and bubbling. That’s how the plants will breathe under water :ocean:.
You got this :+1:

I’m growing dark devil and Alaskan banana berry along with purple thai RBX

If saving $$ dirt or coco best bang! Paired with gh nutes. Can’t get easier or cheaper

Unless u go with a bag of grow dots feeds entire grow you just water

Thank you so much…that helps…I’m using my general hydroponics Flora series and my bloom booster from soil and my house water is already ro due to how hard my household water is

I use the Flora series as well, just start off slowly with it. Doesn’t take much, don’t want to burn the roots off em, follow the conserv-a-tive guide on the bottle for the first couple weeks. As it gets bigger, once the roots reach the reservoir, growth will really take off and you’ll start upping that slowly over the next couple weeks to around 15 1700ppms when it hits flowering.
