Veg Lights – should I switch off?

Should I switch off veg lights on side lights now getting fat and icy…should I keep both veg/bloom on or take out veg with 2 bloom at sides 100w mars under lightbar,appreciate anyones input.cheers

I dont think they could hurt anything but may run temps an energy up. Personally i cut my veg lights off once flowering. I would recommend adding a far red spectrum. Plus both uv if possible. Good looking plants by the way!!

I never turn the veg lights off.
