You usually get 15-25% return. It depends on the quality. If you do leaves and trim less. You want fresh nugs or at around 62% humidity. If it’s too dry the puck it’s like a sponge. Also, micron bags make a difference in yield and quality. Finer the mesh cleaner dabs but less return. The temp is how you can get super flavorful terpene profile. Hotter not good lower preservation of the goodies.
Nugsmasher XP is 900 bucks. I would recommend the next step up. The Nugsmasher IQ. It’s awesome. Not cheap but you can make isolate. You can make diamonds with this smasher but not as easy.

I have an old Dabpress with a 6 ton bottle jack. I rarely use it these days just because having rosin always on hand got my tolerance up to where I wasn’t enjoying my flower any more.
I would do a first press low, like 185-190 for flavor, then re-press higher like 225 to get super baked.
