Sometimes. I used to all of the time. Depends on how many plants I have. I have a lot of different clones right now that I haven’t run so I’ll probably do one run through with minimal training and In 1 gallon pots and then I’ll pick which ones I want to run together and start training them out in my earth boxes and separate them into 2 groups to run together on off cycles

Training is helpful. As you can see the simple task of bending the main stem over has caused the lower branches to reach for the top. Breaking the apical dominance can be helpful
