Fixed. No idea why. TY!
What light do you have? I like squat plants, helps keep the canopy even.
No problem I love the flowers and garden I wanted to see what you posted. I need go check out grinds youtube page some more later. Lol
Had a problem of canoeing. Got a tip to move lights up. Did that and dried/less water. Fixed it. I’m wondering if you see ramifications of said lower/too strong lights. BTW took advice, set to seedling 39-49-99. Still have to call California Solar Lightworks and model 550.
Looking droopy tonight. Soil down deeper felt dry. Watered lightly (been three days). My soil drains but retains too, if that makes sense. But I’m glad you commented. Very Helpful.
Just go ahead and water to runoff. I did so today with targeted ph and 1/8th strength nute mix and the root growth already is making me feel like a slow for not doing so earlier
I have good luck with aloe too
I love it! My wife and i always comment this time of year as the flowers start blooming. Seeing all the tulips just gets me more excited for the warmer weather. Your whole garden looks great! Great vibrant colors!
Do you have a par meter? If so you should be around 400-600 mol. Mid veg. What strains? Some indica dominant won’t give you a big gap between nodes, you can try to stretch them but I wouldn’t. They’re going to stretch in flower. Some will stretch 3 times their height.
Very pretty flowers. My favorite flowers are roses and blue hydrangeas. Peonys are gorgeous but they just don’t last long.
I personally have only used the Photone app and the 20lb paper strip and I believe it’s wrong. Or my fresh air intake is low. Some plants lov the light. Some don’t. It’s a dance for sure!
Several w/no pics. Azaleas, hydrangeas (cloned & blue), wildflowers galore, irises, sage a cornucopia. I’ll share more as summer progresses.
The science behind growth, lighting and tools for testing alludes me yet or what to understand with those tools and you might wonder how my plants are still vital. Soil has stayed their death sentence. Now, if in continual luck (bad bet), make it to acceptable product and drying? VARIABLES!
No tools whatsoever, never had for any grow type. Said before I have to change that if I want top quality with cannabis but then finding proper use and understanding will be another hurdle. Some real study on soil has saved all plantings. Different game now!
Watered late because of big fear of overwatering. My soil drains well but holds too. If that makes sense. But it does both. Checked deep and did feel dry. Watered and woke this early a.m. and reaching for the light in all correct colors. No need for nutes and from pics been advised to not. Have all correct nutes just not needed yet. Posted, Durban Poison, White Widow, Bruce Banner Fast, Blue Dream, Northern Lights auto, Jack Herer, Honey Haze, Strawberry Jack (last three gifted, not sure), Zkittlez and Hash Burger. Think that’s it. But I so appreciate your thoughts on growth and growing style. Love ya!
I belive in the ph but I’ll never do it personally atleast not for a couple years I’ve had good enough results without ph water that I dont see a need in the extra money to spend weekly or monthly
D.E. Diatomaceous Earth Works pretty good I definitely use it to help keep them under control. It’s more of an indoor thing it doesn’t have anything to do necessarily with a fabric pot all house plants will get it hope this helps
re-useable tiny pea gravel has worked fantastically for this for the last couple grows. In a different tent, in cases the wife still uses those good old fashioned spiral hanging sticky fly traps, but we ‘unspool’ around old chop sticks. One sticky trap will wrap several chop-sticks. These work well under domes or seedling trays. easy to move (an avoid!
)
And besides all those great circumstances, it looks so tidy and cool. I love it!
Peony are my wife’s plant. Yes, quick to leave but I bought Itoh peonies (no structure needed as self supporting) and they go into summer & late. Another very big plus, longevity is in generations with care and then perennial.
Fungus knats suck, get some mosquito dunks and put it in your water. It kills the life cycle and it is safe
My problem is probably environmental
