Honestly my story is probably lame.
I started nearly 40 years ago only because I wanted good smoke. I’ve always had access to HPS lights and as an electrician apprentice could coble together everything for a primitive system.
I read Ed Rosenthal growers guide and followed it to the letter.
My first grow was very successful and I was hooked.
I don’t want to sound boastful but I always felt I had a green thumb, in fact back in my early 20’s I was hitting up this greenhouse for supplies.
The lady behind the counter would always ask what I was growing and I didn’t say and she just said I know what you’re growing, I just laughed.
The next time im in there asking for dolomite lime to condition my soil Ph.
She looks at me and asks what are you growing and why aren’t you working for me? From then on in she refured to me as that Growdude.
