This “Terpyz - Blueberry Lime Kush ad F2” mom i selected and have had now for quite some time, ive chosen to clone, flower out and also create a NEW F1 with! (Along with a Supa Slick Shore, both genetics are originally “regular” non feminized)
The Blueberry Lime Kush ad i got to F2 after pollinating a female i selected with a brother plant, that had amazing structure, resistance and rapid growth, i then grew out 6 or so of these seeds, cloned them and flowered them out (2 culled) and chose to keep this phenotype as a “mother” shown above!
One of these clones of the BLKadF2 will be selfed and the other will most likely become the new mother
The BLKadF2’s are in solo cups both on the right side of the tray, easily identifiable by the mutated leaves, the Ethiopian male (also a clone) is back left in a solo, infront of it is a 00 - Bizcotti Z
Along with this mother, i have a Ethiopian land race male (the pollen donor!) currently flowering waiting to selectively pollenate the mother plant - to do this, i have segregated the male until it flowers in a tent alone with no air movement, when it flowers i will use cotton swabs to gather pollen and then pollenate selected nodes on the BLKadF2 and tag them, this will be done over 2/3 days. At harvest (for seeds!) this will be a new F1 (Ethiopian Land Race x Blueberry Lime Kush ad F2)
The Ethiopian Land Race Male, which is said to contain THCV, this plant even in vegetation stage, is highly sticky
As you can tell, its quite the plant to try maintain, it grows extremely fast, with large nodal spacing and strong branches, large leaves
Il then be harvesting the BLKadF2 for smoke, and leaving around 50-70% of the plant to develope its seeds entirely, for around 2-4 weeks after harvesting for flower
Flowering out the male, even segregated alone in its own tent - i am aware pollen will quite possibly travel to my 3x3 which is in the same room, but i am not too worried, i am also making sure this is the only male/pollen producer that will be around for a while and il be cleaning down my tents after harvesting very diligently, with a bleach based cleaning product to make sure to kill any possible viroids
