What genetics is everyone planning on popping this year?
Hello, I am SC. I am an experienced outdoor grower converting to an indoor tent style.
I’m looking forward to sharing tips and info with other cannabis fans. Glad to be here.
Strains this run: Durban Poison, Afghani #1, Granddaddy Purp, Lemon Skunk, White Widow.
I got some Barney’s Farm and Ethos seeds in the Seedsman winter sale. Trying some of those, Runtz by Always Be Flowering and Luxar-Dos by Compound Genetics.
What about you?
I think that Seedsman recommends the wet paper towel method for popping seeds. I used to use a shotglass myself.

I had no trouble getting my seeds to pop this year from here. Last year I tried somewhere else and had zero results and I use the paper towel method. I am trying some black sugar 2.0 and some things just for fun.
The temperature of the popping space is somewhat important, I believe.
Same here. I let the Root grow straight down about 1 1/2” its on!

Hello everyone, Im Elle.
I’m a newbie to growing and am choosing to grow out of necessity. I’m tired of over priced and weak weed! I use cannabis in my yoga practice, breathwork and meditation. I have not successfully grown a tree, yet(eyebrows, eyebrows) and currently have 3 seedlings in my tent. Im excited to see what they become! Little Shop of Horrors is my favorite musical and ultimate plant goal lol I’m not really hoping to get anything out of joining this community. I’m interested in pouring into it. I’m super comfortable in chat spaces and I would love to chat about what can help me grow beautiful plants.
Why does it matter?
Yea my seeds popped with no issue!! I soaked them for 16 hours then paper towel for 3 days.
Too cold will inhibit germination.
