I was told I should water my plants with one 325 mg tablet of aspirin. Is this helpful and how often should I do it? My plants are showing a slight burn from the sun. And I think the soil is too thick. When I water it it seems like it gets really hard to where it cracks when you move it. I used fox farm organic fertilizer. The ocean forest kind in the turquoise greenish bag. I’ve never had a problem before. But I changed from the soft clock bags to a wagon with the same kind of cloth that poked holes in the bottom to make sure it could drain if it had to, but it just seems to be stunted and kind of burnt leaves on top so I was told dad aspirin. I don’t know what I’m doing at all I kind of just learned everything off YouTube and from listening to you guys is there any help at all? You guys can give me to save these two plans? I’m gonna try to add a picture, but I don’t know what I’m doing so bear with me.
I would advise against using aspirin, because it could cause them to start to herm
What should I do then? Should I try to transplant them into a regular 10 gallon cloth bag? Could it be the wagon is holding the water in too much? It’s easy for me to move the wagon into the direct sunlight for an extra three or four hours outside. But I put it in the closet bag and carry it if the wagons hurting it, do you have any suggestions to get the leaves from wilting like they are? Also, they seem like they’re kind of stunted and not growing as fast as they should be. I put super strive in the water for nutrients. I’m just new to this whole thing I have grown before, but didn’t have any problems at all. This time around the plants are coming out kind of deformed. I’m one of them dumb growers that just put the seed in the soil and give them the nutrients and water like everyone says I know nothing about chemistry and plant genetics or whatever you call it. Any help at all would be great thank you.
Transplant them back into fabric pots and water them with plain water without any additives for the first week afterwards. I’ve always had good results moving plants from plastic pots to fabric ones, but I wouldn’t recommend doing it the other way around
Your plants are likely suffering from overwatering and root suffocation caused by poor drainage in the wagon
Thank you I was thinking the same thing. I transplanted them over to 10 gallon claw bag first time I’ve ever done it. I tried to go as deep and around as I could hopefully I didn’t break any roots. Question for you if I did break the roots is a plant just gonna fall over and not liveon me? Too late now already did it, but I’m still learning. I plan a bunch of them. I’m kind of doing different things with a one so I can figure out the right way. It’s kind of just a hobby so. Anyways, thanks for all your help. I really appreciate it if I have any more crazy questions I might hit you back up if you don’t mind thanks again.
No pictures of plant?
@Tommygunnz5150 dont do asprin at all…yes its been know to do well on house plant here n there but not canna…ull start locking nutrients out. Why u wanting to do this anyways ?? ![]()
That’s good, then—having enough seeds left to experiment with. I did the exact same thing at the start, testing the limits of what the plant could handle. The main thing is that you’re enjoying it. And sure, feel free to ask if you have any more questions. Pop some more and in future its better when you post some pictures with![]()
