What would you expect for yield?

@SweetBuds , understood. If I may suggest, a Mr Reptile humidifier for snakes and such, has a filter system with it, that will filter out anything larger than 5 microns and the sprayers push out 15-25 micron sized droplets of water in their 360° spray nozzles. The cost of the lower grade ones cost (after tax on Amazon) about $27 a piece and can handle 3 sprayers each. That being said, 2 spray nozzles per bucket, set to 5 second spray every 20 minutes is enough to feed a plant through seedling to early flowering stage. After that raising the time to 5 secs every 12-15 minutes is well enough to finish the late flower cycle out.

Thanks darlin. I agree it’s probably a better system however deep water is a lot more forgiving we like to go visit kids and grandbabies a lot or go fishing we need something self management mostly besides scrog, dry, cure we will have a little bit more freedom this way.

@SweetBuds , understood ms. It is a system where if it goes wrong, you have about 4-8 hours (at most) to fix or the crop is kaputs

That being said I am fascinated with it I believe others do aeroponic as well cuz I was asking about the pots. I have trouble with feed and soil and stuff as well Steve keeps me straight on that.

@SweetBuds , I have found that an aeroponic system gives a return of about 1.25-1.75 fold of what a hydroponic (specifically DWC setup) system will give you in the same time range. And at points (not always) finishes up 1-2 weeks sooner than the hydroponic system does.

I would like to try it he’s already got his stuff for the new setup we will be running 4 plants 4 scrogs should be room for me to attempt the aeroponic I have the rings I believe to water I can set on spritz timer I gotta get pot and stuff suggestions?

@SweetBuds , you can use the reservoir that the rDWC is using to use in the aeroponic setup up. It only uses about 10% (or less) of the water needed in a month that a regular DWC uses. So, it shouldn’t interfere with your normal setup.

@SweetBuds this is a picture of the water used in my aeroponic system. It is less than 1/2 a gallon and is being used for 3 weeks before being changed and will be fed to my soil plants after I change it out due to it still containing fertilizer. It only runs around 2 minutes in total per day. This particular solution of water/fertilizer has been used for 2 weeks so far. This is a 5 gallon bucket setup.

Ya I got everything except Pump, timer, and sprayer rings a big enough pump does each bucket need its own pump ?

It would need a Mr reptile humidifier pump that is extremely small. I’ll send a picture in this post of the size of pump per bucket. 4 inch net pot for size comparison. The black box is the pump.

How much them pumps cost 4 for 4 buckets?

It only uses up to 12 watts of power per pump for 5 seconds.

Yay I gonna get 2 see how I do with them when we reset our grow room.
