I prefer a sativa dominant hybrid as to not have a super long flowering period and not a complete bush of an indica. Plus I have not really had any true species of either indica or sativa. I really don’t think that there are any left that haven’t been bred out

There’s still some out there. They are less commercialized. Long flowering times less desirable.

I actually just got done with nirvanas Hindu Kush and I had two wild swings in difference in taste and plant build. And the smoke was pretty tasty but I don’t like the indica structure any more

Durban poison. Awesome landrsce sativa. Not too long a flower time…awesome energetic clear buzz. Recommend to everyone

I am an indica or indica dominant person myself. Sativas can get my heart racing and bring out all the paranoia that comes with having severe anxiety.

I prefer Indica/ dominant hybrids.
I like the faster finish <70 days and more sedating cultivars, but prefer ones that stretch and stack more like Sativas to reduce veg times.

Good question, the correct answer is yes. Lol. All depends on time of day, and intended end result. A good sativa buzz in the morning is awesome, good ol wake and bake. But if you do a heavy indica, might as well roll over and forget about it till lunch,
I prefer the hybrid indicas in the evening, a heavy hitter at bedtime and a good straight sativa in the morning, followed by sativa hybrid in the afternoon..
A little tangie and coffee, some purple haze for lunch, blue dream afternoon, maybe some blueberry muffins after work, and some grand daddy purple around 930, lights out

As I suffer from PTSD, I tend to lean more towards the calming effect of the indica. I agree with you that sativas will sometimes get you going a little too much.

I agree. Depends on time of day and what mood im in. As far as my fav conisouir strains thwyre mostly sativas

Some I’m sure might even be fine but I dont want to take the chance. But at the same time I’ve had some indica strains that can do the same at times

That’s different phenos. If you like the other plants structure better, clone it.

Let me know what the smokes like. I’ve been curious about this Durban. I have some seeds from Dutch Passion, haven’t popped them yet

Can’t do it outside. But try to grow trees indoors. The girls are getting big. We have one that fills a 5x5 tent.
