Hello everyone! I’m a new newbie! The cannabis plant is such an amazing plant that I took on online college courses and received my diploma in processing and extraction of cannabis! I’m here to learn more and meet more amazing people with the same passion for this amazing plant! I’m trying to learn more on growing discretely! Topping and the right amount of nutrients to give have been an issue cause I’m not sure how much liquid nutrients to add but hopefully here I’ll learn and get the help I need to grow amazing plants :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

Extremely happy about Seedsman, the community and help. I’m retired from an incredibly risky and demanding career now with bad arthritis for which, among other maladies choose no medications but after conferring with my doctor and research find myself believing wholeheartedly in cannabis for help. I’ve also been a landscape and gardening professional maintaining large compost pile mixtures and growing all our vegetables to the point of giving away big supplies to others and food banks. Here’s looking forward to help as I’m very new to this topic. Thank you!

Hello all

Newb to grow communities, had a few grows years back and always still interested in new techniques and looking for simple ways to get great yields and smoke. I look forward to seeing what new ways have come to be with the new cultivars being produced today. Not the same 5 to 10 seed types of yesteryear!

Hello all o have been growing cannabis on and off for about 28 years. I started growing in 1998 when I was 20 with some dirt weed. I loved my plants thought I had a great thing going when a friend from work came over and decided to show me what I need to do. He brought me to his place where he showed me his grow. The room was filled with ebb and flow trays. Each tray had plants dripping with THC crystals. He hooked me up with my first HPS light and a handful of clones. Since that day I have been hooked. I grew indoors for years hydroponically and also have had a few plants outdoors. I love growing all kinds of plants and gardening like crazy. I grow giant pumpkins over 1000 pounds each year and love mixing cannabis grow styles in to my live soil for the pumpkin patch. At this time I have a tent grow going and starting to clone for some outdoor this summer. I’m excited to engage in topics and discussions on this site.

Hello all,

I am excited to be here and be a part of this community of growers!

What interests me about canabis?

There is so much that interests me about cannabis and every year I grow and learn, I become more and more interested. Right now I am most interested in the diversity of cannabis and the terpinie expressions, and how we as growers can select and breed to produce such a vast array of expressions to come from this plant. And how each of these expressions affect us differently as individuals.

My current experience?

I would say I am between an experienced beginner and intermediate grower. I have been growing since 2014 with family learning everything I can and have been individualy growing for 3 years.

What am I hopeing to get from this community?

Exactly what the question says. Community. Due to my profession cannabis is chastised/ taboo and consuming cannabis would cause me to loose my job/ lively hood even tho I live in a legal state there are no protections for me. This causes isolation. I have only been able to rely on family and the internet to learn and grow as a grower/ consumer. So I looking forward to making connections learning and growing with everyone here!

I don’t imagine I’ll be spending any time on this specific forum due to the guidelines preventing growers from sharing genetics. Though I do understand it, seedsman is a business. Take care y’all. May all your grows be bountiful with the best stanky danky sticky icky :victory_hand:

Awesome story and life you’ve experienced. Professional landscaper/gardener growing all our vegetables having large surplus every year to donate to food banks and friends starting from my many compost pile mixes but sadly no experience with cannabis. Reading books and posts looking forward to experience and help.

Hi everyone, I’m Embry, and this is my cat William Shakespeare.

I am a newer grower, only on my second ever grow, and William joins me every time I open my tent for some work. He loves to give the good old human catnip an approval sniff before I finish working.

I got interested in cannabis because of my health declining quickly and doctors telling me it was in my head for years, so it became a method of treating pain and anxiety while I was looking for a doctor that would help.

As a brand-new, green grower, I would love to learn new methods and techniques for my grows from more experienced growers. I’m always open to suggestions and advice and really appreciate this new space for learn from.

I can’t wait to see what’s in store with this new platform!

Hey everyone! I’m Nate, nice to meet you!

Everything about Cannabis I find fascinating. The different uses (including medical application) how it grows and interacts with the microbiome, different terpene expression, and the constant, daily learning that is involved!

My current experience level I consider intermediate. I started growing in 2006 in a college closet with a hydroponic setup and have tried multiple methods over the years. I love reading about the plant and diving deep into the Weed Nerd world.

I am looking to continue my journey learning about this beloved plant and hope to be able to help others gain knowledge to appreciate the plant better!

Hi everyone, I’m Nick, a writer who has covered cannabis and cannabis culture around the world for magazines and books. Excited to see where this community goes.

  1. What interests me about Cannabis: This plant has endless layers and stories that bring together culture, history, medicine, science, and recreation. I’ve been a longtime consumer and off and on grower, and the deeper I get the more there is to learn.

  2. What’s your current experience level: Intermediate cannabis knowledge, and less experience on the grow side with only 4-5 seasons (I always prefer outdoor).

  3. What are you hoping to get out of this community: Learn from other growers as well as chime in when I have something to add that may be valuable.
